1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, workshops, and services provided by The Babyccino Club operated by MuKi-Monti (Nicole Monsanto-Tögl), based in Graz, Austria.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are made via the official registration link, by email, or in writing. Upon confirmation, payment must be made as indicated in the invoice (via bank transfer or as otherwise agreed). A spot is immediately secured once a confirmation email has been received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations are non-refundable. No-shows without notice are considered non-refundable.

4. Offers, Discounts & Deals:

Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, deals, or bundles.

5. Responsibility & Participation

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during playgroups or workshops. The Babyccino Club and MuKi-Monti is not liable for accidents, injuries, or personal items lost during the session.

6. Changes to Programs

The Babyccino Club reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program, timing, or location due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather, force majeure). In such cases, alternative dates will be offered.

7. Health & Safety

Please do not attend sessions if you or your child are sick. We strive to maintain a healthy and respectful environment for all families attending.

8. Photos & Media

Photos may be taken during events for use on social media and website promotion.

Parents will be asked for consent prior to any publication. If you do not wish to appear in photos, please inform us in advance.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any legal disputes arising in connection with these services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Graz, Austria.
