The Babyccino Club – House Rules

Creating a cozy, safe, and respectful space for all our families. Welcome to The Babyccino Club!

To make sure everyone enjoys their time here, please take a moment to read through our house rules. These help us keep the space safe, joyful, and inclusive for all little ones and grown-ups alike.

1. Parental Responsibility

Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the care and supervision of their children at all times while attending workshops, play sessions, or events.

Please stay close to your little one and ensure they play safely and kindly with others.

2. Safety & Liability

We take great care to create a safe and welcoming environment, but please note that The Babyccino
Club cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost items during your visit.

Let’s all do our part by exercising care and mindfulness in the space.

3. Care for Our Space

Please help us keep the Babyccino Club tidy and ready for the next family:

🧴 Disinfect toys and materials after use.

🧺 Return all activities, books, and furniture to their proper places before the end of your
session.

Together, we can make sure everyone enjoys a comfortable and beautiful environment.

4. Friendship & Community

Our community thrives on kindness, inclusivity, and respect.

We ask everyone—big and small—to interact with warmth and understanding.

A smile, a helping hand, and a kind word go a long way in making the Babyccino Club feel like home.

5. Health & Wellness

The well-being of all our families is our top priority.

If you or your little one is feeling unwell or has been exposed to a contagious illness, please stay home and rest before returning.

Together, we can keep the Babyccino Club a healthy and happy space for everyone.

Photography and Recording

As modern-day parents, I completely understand the desire to capture those “Instagrammable moments” to cherish and share—I do it too! Photography and video recording are allowed during the workshop under the following conditions:

1. Respect for Privacy
Please avoid capturing images or videos that include other participants or their children without their consent. This ensures that everyone’s privacy is respected.

2. Discretion and Appropriateness
Any photos or videos taken should align with
the spirit of the playgroup/workshop and represent the Montessori principles we are sharing.

3. Social Media Sharing
If you wish to share photos or videos on social media, ensure that no other participants or their children are visible without prior permission.

4. Ask When in Doubt
If you are unsure whether it’s appropriate to photograph
or record something, feel free to ask me for clarification.

5. Share to Host
As you might already know, I absolutely love Instagram! If you’ve captured any fun moments during the workshop and would like to share them on The Babyccino Club Instagram page, please don’t forget to tag and share your memories. I’d love to see them!
